5 Points to whoever posts who either the author or the book the following quote came from:
"We were a silent, hidden thought in the folds of oblivion, and we have become a voice that causes the heavens to tremble"
I've never been able to believe that anyone actually likes Moxie, a soft drink invented by Calvinists who thought a soft drink should be unpleasant.

Kahlil Gibran?
Good deal. 5 points to Chad. Google is our friend :) it's also a good poem and the book is very well written as well.
The poem is called "Children of Gods, Scions of Apes" the book is called "The Vision". good stuff
Google is indeed our friend. Although, because of you, and google, I got to ready a couple other of this guys great quotes. I really was taken aback by this one.
A friend who is far away is sometimes much nearer than one who is at hand. Is not the mountain far more awe-inspiring and more clearly visible to one passing through the valley than to those who inhabit the mountain
